Renter's Requirements:

- All deposits are required to be paid in full prior to move-in.
- Renter's insurance is required.
- When pets are allowed, a deposit of $400 is required for the first pet and $200 for the second pet. Monthly rent for pet may also be charged. Two pets allowed per unit. All pets must have proof of shots and license. The maximum adult weight/size of any pet is 40 pounds. Ask about breed restrictions which vary based on the property insurance policy.
